That’s actually interesting. The highest VIN we saw here was (I think) 7750? for the first set of scheduled orders. Wish we could see how many fleet orders were scheduled and what their specs are.

Not damage. Happens all the time. If you plan to keep whatever you decide on more than a few years get it undercoated soon after purchase. Also plan on rinsing underneath once in a while after beach riding to get that salty sand out.
