  1. 100k Miles Oil Analysis Report Arrived. All looks good (EcoBoost engine)

Excellent! Your EcoBeast is going to make it to the 300k club without any trouble. Way to go. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
  2. 8" screen (Sync 3) upgraded to 12" screen (Sync 4)

Totally agree. That stock screen is real budget bin. The response time of the module is just as bad.
  3. 8" screen (Sync 3) upgraded to 12" screen (Sync 4)

This is excellent. Would be amazing if someone duplicated your work and created a tutorial or video.
  4. Mabett Underbody Cavity Shield Cover | The Ultimate Underbody Protection for Your Maverick!

I’m ready to get this shield since I saw the Fred’s Garage video on it. Discount code still available? Does mabett prefer selling via Amazon or direct?
  5. 2024 Maverick Backup Cam Recall

This affects all non-lariats 2022-2024 which is hundreds of thousands of vehicles. Guarantee Ford will find a way to fix this with a software update but it will likely require either a dealer or mobile Ford service to install it.
  6. 2024 Maverick Backup Cam Recall

If you don't already have this answer... (I checked to see if someone else conveyed this info but didnt see it) the instructions from Ford to dealers is that they can't allow test drives of recalled/not yet repaired, and cannot deliver /allow them to drive off the lots by buyers. It's referred...
  7. 2024 Maverick Backup Cam Recall

I'm in IT and completely agree with you. The APIMs in my XL AND my '23 F-150 are both total garbage. The software fix will likely change the priority of tasks it handles when the backup camera is live, so that it bothers less with all the other stuff it's trying to do. I've had the freezing...
  8. 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid Review - by Ben Hardy

I’m old as well. 57. I like the colors, I like that they change a little year to year. Waiting for Alto or similar dark blue to come back.
  9. 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid Review - by Ben Hardy

Color schemes have to change and vary to accommodate trends and markets. Never going to have even most people happy but rather they want most people to be OK with it. Not to mention there is usually a committee that argues about the choices for colors, materials and finishes because those...
  10. Top End cleaner to prevent carbon buildup on valve stems.

I have an F-150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost and I use this every 5,000 miles. PEA is the magic ingredient. After reading and also watching a couple Lake Speed vids on how much difference it makes I decided it cant hurt and likely helps. With the EcoBoost I also absolutely, definitely change the...
  11. 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid Review - by Ben Hardy

I don't like to be a keyboard warrior, and I prefer to be positive but Ben really missed two opportunities with these newest Maverick videos. Especially the one on the XL. He missed quite a bit of detail and didn't focus on changes related to the refresh. I get that he can't take the...
  12. What are we going to do about this?

Yea. I agree. I have a ‘24 that I waited almost 500 days for and love but my daughter has it now. I’m planning to order an XL AWD hybrid sometime near the beginning of December. I started the post to see if anyone had any ideas or plans to mod these dead zones in the facia of the ‘25’s...
  13. What are we going to do about this?

This is the best combination. Alto blue and BAP. You have a winner.
  14. What are we going to do about this?

True, lol. It’s an opportunity for owners and third party manufacturers to mod. It’s kind of a blank canvas. A weird, facial, bilateral blank canvas that begs to be finished. 🙂 It won’t stop me from ordering later this year.
  15. What are we going to do about this?

Ditch lights. When mounted at the base of the window they light up the hood which is distracting. Odds are the underlying sheet metal core support is the same as ‘22-‘24.
  16. What are we going to do about this?

    Any ideas @VinylImagination ? Flag / gradient / patch?
  17. The Car Care Nut :: 2024 [HYBRID] Ford Maverick Review

This guy is both a Toyota pro and knows what he's talking about. He confirms what the first Munro walk-thru said, which is that Mavericks are engineered and intended to be entry level value oriented utility vehicles. Spending $10k to $15k for options on a vehicle that has a base price of $25k...
  18. What are we going to do about this?

Hopefully @Diode Dynamics or @MABETT is working on something. PLEASE.
  19. 2025 Bronco Sport Gains Sasquatch Off-Road Package, New Tech, Features

Totally. I had an 01 escape and the 24 big bend bronco sport is for sure that escapes illegitimate offspring.
  20. Look what I found this morning

They look like sheet metal screws used to secure removable panels in computer case or possibly head unit assembly.
