That is definitely a dealership issue. Ford isn’t going to communicate with you if your order was never placed.

Just an FYI, Lariat Lux with all the safety features gets you a lot of Insurance discounts. I pay less for my Maverick insurance than I do an almost 8 year old Chevy Cruze.

Dealerships are ran by people, you have honest and dishonest ones. Research your dealership before buying. Personally, I do this for all businesses and products I'm unfamiliar with.

Mine is installed with the Thinkware Echomaster OBDII power cable. It has to be the Echomaster, the standard Thinkware OBDII power cable will not work.

That is not correct. Ford Customer support verified my ROVP in January. You just have to ask if you have an ROVP.

This is normal for most vehicles that have been release since 2016 maybe earlier. I don’t recall noticing it on my 2013 model car.

Unfortunately, I don’t think they will release a vehicle with a known safety issue. Could be they are waiting on delayed parts also.

I’d guess all the Hybrids got pulled back due to the recall.
