I put in about 3/4 of litre (750ml) less then the manual states. I then start the engine and let it run at idle for 30 seconds, rev it a couple of times to 3-4K to make sure that the oil filter is filled. Shut it off and wait a few minutes (5) recheck the level and then slowly add oil to bring...
I would ask what a rotation costs and then ask them to refund you this amount since you already paid for it.
(IN THE RAIN ONLY) If there was a huge difference in thread depth, with one set at end-of-life, then they are correct, but this is not the case here - one pair are in great shape and the...
I tapped the rear speakers for my sub amp and it worked without any problems. It appears that bass is only cut to the rears when you use the option that selects the driver as the listener and not all the passengers.
Barely noticeable like the rest, mostly engine starting and running, and usually only when stereo is off or at low volume. Nothing even close to what I would call a bang or grinding. Me thinks something is wrong.
Upgrading the front door speakers and tweeters made a huge improvement in sound for my XLT. I ordered a set of Powerbass and they were a drop in. The powerbass door speaker probably weighs 10-15 times more than the factory speaker. I was pretty surprised how crappy the factory door speakers...
I replaced the tweeters and front doors with PowerBass drop ins, left the rears stock. Huge improvement. Very acceptable by themselves. I then added a power sub.

I'm very happy with this truck.
I found replacing the front speakers (door and dash) made a huge improvement in my XLT hybrid. The stock radio, I assume it is the same across the board (non B&O) has plenty of power for the average person IMO. I suggest that you start there and see what you think.
My hybrid often gets parked on the street with a slight nose up incline. Leaks water all the time, at times alot.
As previous posters have stated, this is normal due to the type of engine and the presence of an exhaust heat exchanger that cools the combustion gases sufficiently to turn water...
I wanted to update the crappy sound system that my hybrid xlt came with without spending alot of money
So I swapped out the front doors and tweeters with a set of PowerBass "drop in" speakers a few weeks ago (see update below) and over the past weekend I mounted a 10 inch Rockville RW10CA...
I also swapped the stocks front door and tweeters with Powerbass speakers a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the results. Could be me, but I think that they are starting to sound even better with a little mileage on them.
Sorry. I made a small mistake. I ordered them directly from Powerbass not Crutchfield. I also have a 2023 xlt hybrid. I just took a pic of the box and here is a link to the fitment guide.

Hope this helps. The foam is quite dense so I trimmed it...
I updated my front door speakers and tweeters a few weeks ago with PowerBass (OE65C-FD) speakers that I got on Crutchfield. They were a drop in replacement (though I did trim some of the foam down on the door speakers so they weren't pushing so hard on the interior door panel speaker lip. What...
Hi Colin,
Thanks for all the information, I really appreciate you taking the time. When I was younger (in the 90s) I had a few multi-amp multi sub systems and used to get way over 100 DBs of crystal clean sound.... your system must sound awesome.
I agree on the rear speakers, their...
Hello everyone,
I have a 23 XLT hybrid with the six speaker factory sound system which IMO was very subpar. Based on the information I found in this forum I replaced the front tweeters and door speakers last weekend with a set of Powerbass OE65C-FD speakers and this made a huge improvement...
