Lemon law and a final repair letter are all that works. Ford is not going to do anything form the goodness of their heart. If you have a decent case a lawyer will take it with no costs to you.
I think I got mine all in about $2k under MSRP. They buried it in the trade in value, but I got about $4k more in trade than what Carmax offered. Pretty sure around here you can get one a few thousand under MSRP. It wiped out all the junk fees and got it to about 2k under.
