    I got my build week and vin from the chat and never got an email of any kind from ford. I have talked to ford multiple times to confirm my email address is on the order, and it is.

    Spray in all the way. Drop ins are plastic and things slide very easily

    I had the same problem. they updated it months ago and yet still no email even tho I got a vin and build week in the ford.com chat last week.

    I have a November 15 order at Jim Hudson ford in Lexington. I got my vin and may 23 build week from the ford.com chat last week. Maybe our region is getting some love.

    I got mine last week from the ford.com chat but no email. No info from the dealer either, but they haven’t done much of anything besides putting my order in correctly.

    Kinda weird this scheduling week I got a may 23 build week, that doesn’t match what they say they are scheduling. No email, I got the info from chat and it just happen as I checked Wednesday (nothing) and then Thursday they gave me my date and vin.

    So realistically we could get an email any day but for sure it will be weeks after the email we could have gotten if they left it alone? Don’t week scheduled emails come before day scheduled? This is a great idea.
