Bought my 1st gen Lariat AWD 2.0EB last Feb with 21k on the clock. I now have 32k and am really happy with it. They only feature it wasn't ordered with by the original owner is the tow package and it also had a lift kit installed..

Added ceramic coating full treatment. I have a power washer with a soap gun that I use. Them I drive it around the block a few times and by the time I get back, only a little detail hand drying is needed. Them cool thing is like on the hood the water doesn't just bead..it looks like it actually...

Just changed my oil in 2022 EB and it show 6600 mi but no matter what manufacturer recommends I got between 3k and 4k miles. But then I keep my vehicles for up to 300k miles

Wait...what? 2022 Lariat 1st edition 2.0 ecoboost and after about 45 seconds a visual alert on the dash comes in stating to put my hands back on the steering wheel and then after just a few seconds another visual plus audible alert comes on. Don't know what's happens after that

67 year old fart here and could not agree more. I cannot stand this dial shifter...And I already know if I tried to change it to the regular shifter from the escape, I believe, I'd end up breaking all the plastic stuff like they console shroud...

Non cooled seats in the valley during summer is not a concern of mine compared to no freaking cold water..I literally bought a cabin in the white mountains to mitigate that issue..

Actually this is exactly what happened when I would overfill another vehicle I had. I was told to stop filling once it's clicked off. I forgot them fix but then dealership did not charge. I think they did it under warranty which you should still have under 36k miles

Bought my 22 Lariat awd used with 21k miles. Within 2 weeks I had all the fluids changed including the PTU & RDU. And this was because of a post I read here in the forum..

Simply put...I've owned 67 and 69 T-Birds customized both...Special ordered 84 Jeep CJ 7 Laredo Black with Nutmeg Colored Hardtop, leather interior..3 inch lift I added and it was a beauty..Point is that I truly enjoy my Maverick as much as I enjoyed my best vehicles back in them day

Also check with your dealer for mobile service. Especially for recalls. They come to you....

Old skool fix....

And since I'm an old fart, which means most of my vehicles never had an in cabin filter, I've ended up removing and not replacing them..I clean my vehicles weekly including the interior, and have never noticed the difference..thoughts?

So when I 1st purchased my used. 22 1st edition lariat it had 20k miles. I read here in the forum about low levels of fluid in the PTU and RDU so I went ahead and had all the fluids changed. No matter what I would highly recommend doing this with the 1st 10k miles
