Based on a good friend's report, I may be reassessing my intentions to select a Ford-sourced tonneau.

I have a friend in CA who was among the very early Maverick buyers (waiters), so his Ford-sourced tonneau may be an early version. He has some dissatisfaction with his tonneau's water-tightness and "floppiness" at the rear corners.

That specific source is "out of stock" right now, but several others seem to have about the same thing. The price certainly is attractive. Hmmmmm

I'm finding conflicting info on etrailer.com regarding whether or not my Blue Ox Avail tow bar will require adaptors to hook to the Demco base plate. Anyone know the answer to that? The Demco sure is expensive compared to the base plates, but I guess, based on comments I've seen in this group...
