All weather floor mats are a must have, tint the front windows and a tonneau cover of some flavor. Iāve been thinking really hard about getting the fake hood scoop, and maybe the tailgate wingā¦. Other things on my radar are a small lift and some proper off road tires, but those are a year or two...
Sad.. Doesnāt look like too much damage to them. I hope the insurance companyās donāt see them as throw away vehicles, cause those donāt look totaled to me.
I usually have my seats lowered as far as possible, but in the Mav I raised the back up a few lever pulls and it feels really comfortable. The lower the seat is, the higher the front feels. Maybe give that a shot? Iām 6ā1ā for reference.
Now I may be out of the loop, but when has Pirelli ever made junk tires? Reviews these days are just like opinions and hardly any are based on actual facts. Iām gonna wear mine out before I replace them and Iām sure theyāll do just fine in the snow.
I have that same tire plug kit. No joke it has saved me more times than I can count. I work on construction sites and if not for that kit, I would have had to pay for a dozen repairs. Those plugs are really good!
My first new vehicle was a 1996 Ford Ranger XL. Zero options. The dealership had a row of about 50 of them all lined up. All the same except color. $10,995 before rebates. I was so excited when I bought it. It was a great truck and I put over 20,000 miles on it the first six months I owned it...
Outside of the f-150 I bought new in ā05, I have never owned a full size truck. I only bought that one because I needed the bed space for my job. Previous to that I owned multiple Rangers, Couriers, and other small pickups. I just like small trucks. Little things.. Like being able to reach the...
I just bought the same cover. Hasnāt been shipped yet. It wasnāt my first choice, as I really want a topper. For me itās a cheap go between until some other company makes a shell that doesnāt cost $3500. For now Iāll use it to just keep things out of sight in the bed. I wonder.. When you remove...
I think it looks pretty cool. And to the haters, think of it like this.., Even though itās not your cup o tea, the more interest and customizing that gets done to these trucks, the better it is for the aftermarket in whole.
I would if not for the fact it cost WAY too much. For real⦠If it were say, $2000 or close to that, I would have one already. Over 3 grand for a topper that small, no matter how nice it is, is just a ripoff. Iāll wait for a more affordable top from a different company.
I feel personally attackedā¦š Seriously though, I really like Cactus Grey because it looks like rattle can primer! I used to rattle can all my old cars back in the day because I was too broke to get a real paint job. So now my truck matches my old ā70 Mustang which is still wearing rattle can...
