    I've only got the first email when i placed my order and then the email suggesting I remove the CP360 in order to get scheduled. I hav to visit my dealer or call Ford to find out my build week and all the changes.

    Maybe it's CP360 as I have an XL so no Lux. I hope it's not moved to September. It'll be a year since I ordered mine before I get it.

    My first week was July 25th, then it was moved to August 22nd, then it was moved again to August 29th. Who knows what it will be this week.

    The same thing happened to me. I was originally scheduled for 7/25, then got moved to 8/22 and I just checked with Ford, and I am now scheduled for 8/29.

    Check with Ford Customer Service to see if you have a VIN number and build week assigned. You will need your order number and sales code I believe. You could also contact your dealer and ask him to check his Vehicle Visibility Report

    You may want to consider Lithia Springs Ford. I have a 10/25 XL hybrid order through them They accepted X plan and I got my VIN and I am scheduled for an 8/22 build week.

    I've never got an email from Ford either. I'm just going to check with Ford Marketing every couple of weeks to see if there are any other changes.

    My 10/25/21 XL hybrid had a 7/25/22 build week. I just checked with Ford, and it has been pushed back to an 8/22/22 build week.

    My XL hybrid order was originally supposed to be built during the week of 7/25. I just found out it has been pushed back to the week of 8/22. At this rate the only scheduling available is for the month of September & October. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if there was only 1 or 2 weeks...
