The heat exchanger was replaced again (twice in the last 4 months). On the phone, a service representative told me that the service assists me with any concern - the dealership told me they just do repair. @Ford Motor Company is this normal???

A question for the hybrid owners: water temperature is normally low on your car or ~50% after a couple of minutes after start? They are now telling me it's normal to have it low (about all the time)

Hybrid system seems to be fine (by how the car drives and the mpg).

I've noticed that oil does not reach normal operating temperature. Drove yesterday for about 2h and oil temperature was at 1st gauge mark. Hope it won't take forever for the service to get the part necessary to fix my car.

I'll go back once they receive the part. I forgot to add, before going I've read the error code anyself with a device - did not find anything online about the specific code.
