A functioning rear view mirror is required! Has anyone told the guys driving those old beaters, or any prius or tesla driver? At least you've seen your Maverick now.
I saw a red Maverick at the dealers when I dropped off the spare key to my trade in. I have seen none on the road, unless you count the time I drove in front of a reflective front window building to see myself drive by, and then only the roof!
When I had the new wheels installed I saw one of...
Made a few trips to the store and so far no noticeable changes to how the Maverick handles.
I purchased a steering wheel cover because I didn't like how the XL wheel feels, and I have a bad finger that, arthritis, was getting sore holding the thin wheel. The thicker wheel with the cover...
Do not be afraid or ashamed if you have to pull forward when the trailer is not going back straight, and reset. Better to move up and line up the trailer than to try and jockey it around. I was having trouble backing in at the local land fill do to reflections in the mirror. It took a couple...
Make sure you protect your bed from the less than caring helpers. I asked for the old rims to be put in the shipping boxes to protect the bed. The young man doing the work tossed out a couple boxes. I was going to say something, but he suddenly went and recovered the boxes. I think the young...
The wheels arrived last week, too late to install before the new year. Had an appointment for install tuesday but the entire Discount Tire store system was down. Went in first thing this morning and, finally, got the wheels on.
I used the factory tires, when those wear out I'll put on an all...
I walked into my Discount Tire shop to order some rims using the Bronco Sport as the base vehicle. When I told them it was actually for a Maverick the guy says, the what? He thought I was talking about the car. They had no idea there was a new Maverick.
I got to see a top of the line German car that tangled with an Elk back around 2000. All that German engineering had nothing on nature. Roof was flat to the head rests. From what I heard the Elk wasn't found around the crash site, but probably died later.
Almost 200 trouble free miles so far...
I had a quick look, and there were 559,451 Mustangs built in 1965. Maybe a better comparison, first year to first year. However, will we know the true numbers, until mid-2022? None the less, production seems rather low.
The slide bar is used to manually test the trailer brakes for adjusting, the -/+ adjust how much power the brakes are given. The trailer brakes, if installed on your trailer, should be automatically activated when you press on the Mavericks brake pedal.
