I bought a set of 18" Bronco Sport rims for my XLT right after I got it. Love them. Sold original rims on this forum to guy who bought XL - they will want your black rims, which show brake dust all the time. Your Maverick will be worth waiting for!

From what we have all heard: Ford wants customers to order their vehicles in the future. The dealers will have very limited lot allocations. The dealers have to declare very soon if they will be EV dealers or ICE dealers. Some may not ever get a Maverick. 23 production does not begin till Nov 15...

My 1972 Pinto was a 1600CC engine, Coral (orange color), no radio, no a/c but it did have a 4 speed!! Love my Cyber Orange Maverick but sure miss my manual!!

Ford only offers manual transmission in two vehicles, Mustang and Bronco Sport. The same Bronco Sport that is made at Maverick plant in Mexico. It would be soooo easy for Ford to offer a manual in the Maverick. I suspect it could be an upgrade option and Ford would sell more than Mustangs &...

My previous vehicle was a 2011 Ranger XLT with extended cab, 5 sp. Loved it but my grandchildren got to big to crawl in the back and get in hump seats. Needed small 4 door truck - THANK YOU FORD. Ordered last July, got it in November, love it. However I do miss my manual, oh well can't have it all.

This forum shows another good reason for the customer dealing directly with the manufacturer (Ford) in the future. Ford gets the payment they want, no need to offer incentives to make the sale. We buy almost everything else on line, why not our vehicles. I think VW is already doing some online...
