  1. Mabett | The Upgrade You Asked For — V2 Bed Divider Is Finally Here.

Received and installed today. Pre-existing Ford factory-installed rails. Installation took about 30 minutes, but mostly because I was watching YouTube installation process and was taking it really easy. If I had to do it again, I'd do it in 10. First impression: a little flimsy, but nothing...
  2. 🎄 Christmas Giveaway: What's Your Beloved Truck's Name? 🎁

Meet the Grasshopper (some of you might already have). Got it almost a year ago, best automotive purchase I've made (and I've made many of them!). And what says "Christmas" better than green and red colors? 🙂
  3. Mabett | The Upgrade You Asked For — V2 Bed Divider Is Finally Here.

Could you please send one to me, too? Thank you.

  5. PVC bike rack

Thank you, I'll try to find time today and add dimensions to the picture. Keep in mind that this particular design is for trucks with a trifold tonneau cover, as you can see in the picture the bikes cannot move all the way to the frond of the bed. If you don't have that, you probably want a...
  6. PVC bike rack

Thank you, it's not my invention, there have been quite a few of those made before mine. 🙂 I just made a few design modifications.
  7. PVC bike rack

Thank you, no, I haven't tried it - first, I don't think it's safe, and secondly, it might be pretty tricky loading bikes with the tailgate closed. And the cross-traffic alert does not work with the tailgate lowered.
  8. PVC bike rack

It takes a few minutes, but not that bad. Putting the rack into the bed and securing with bungee cords - 2 min. Loading the bikes in - 1 min for 2 bikes. Securing them with a ratchet tie-down - 1 to 2 min. So the entire process is under 5 minutes. If you already have the rack in the bed -...
  9. PVC bike rack

Thanks, I wish I could, but it's already riveted together, too late for video now. 🙂
  10. Hauled 60cu.ft. in the bed below the bedrails

Cubic feet. It's just above 2 cubic yards.
  11. PVC bike rack

Thank you. The bungee cords actually prevent the rack from sliding backwards. The front (upper) bar is sitting securely in the groove, while the lower front bar is exactly to the width of the bed. It is very stable. When I use ratchet tie downs, the bungee cords are not even needed at all. They...
  12. PVC bike rack

Just want to keep the bikes inside. Feels sturdier and more secure.
  13. PVC bike rack

Hi all, here is the bike rack that I made. Materials: 1. 1-1/4 in. x 5 ft. Green Furniture Grade Schedule 40 PVC Pipe (2-Pack) 2. End caps 3. Tee connectors 4. Nylon rivets Every joint is secured with a rivet. I decided not to glue anything in case I need to replace a piece in the future. The...
  14. Brake Coach - Why Do I Need This?

That's the reason: I took this photo yesterday.
