The acceleration of my inconspicuous AWD Rav4 V6. No turbo lag, just instant TQ to go. But as I reach retirement age I use that much less, especially with gas prices rising. Buying a Hybrid and hoping to be entertained by trying to achieve MUCH higher MPGs.

I don't know specs for the Bronco Sport, but I have noticed in a few towing videos the reviewers mention all Mavs come with some type of trailer sway mitigation. I imagine its electronic but haven't seen any other details. The longer wheelbase AND sway mitigation would raise the tow ratings...

I am amazed the Mav beat the Bronco! I need to re-calibrate my lifetime of thinking the much greater HP/TQ would win, but then again the Bronco is an off-road focused vehicle. But geez, maybe I won't have to stay in the right/slow lanes once I get acclimated to the Hybrid's combined TQ curve.
