Yes you have to turn off the RCTA every time you put it in reverse with the rack down and the 360 camera isn't that useful with it attached.

It seems like the car allows for the wires to be routed down and through the mount. On the Maverick the likely place for the wires is through the dome light assembly so you'll still see the wires. I do wish the default adapter wasn't a right angle cable though as it forces a bend in the routing...

Dish soap is great for stripping off old sealants and waxes as long as it's soap and not detergent. The bigger crim is still using paste wax and not a ceramic spray lol.
