Since you have the Carfax, look for regular oil changes, if the maintenance history is good and it looks to be well taken care of you should be good to go. You can check with Ford on the VIN and make sure all the recalls are taken care of.

I did my first change a couple months ago, I debated for a while on whether to crack open that last quart and add that additional .1, I ended up doing it but may not next time.
Unless you are driving in very dusty conditions it is too early for air or cabin filters. Oil should be all you need. Make sure they use full synthetic!
Dont you hate it when you have it dialed in and someone messes with it? I had to lift the back of mine, the angle of the seat is pitched so far down in the back it was really bothering my legs. My wife was uncomfortable too, I raised hers 1/2" and mine a full inch, problem solved.
