I'd choose red calipers in your case, over black. And wouldn't even consider blue.
Red calipers, with the FX4 appliqué, on the VelocityBlue truck would look primo.
I like the idea of a vivid color on that black background, but gotta' be careful. To only do the 'MAVERICK' lettering (in red or orange, or yellow for instance) risks it looking like run-of-the-mill commercial lettering, like on a tradesman's truck.
