As I recall, when jumping the hybrid, it is not turning over a starter motor. It is establishing 12 volt circuitry to operate the hvb, which then can operate the motor if needed to start the ice, and all other hvb operations.
The rear sear warning system does NOT indicate someone is sitting in the seat location. It indicates that one of the rear doors was opened before a trip was started. It is an alert to check if there is something back there.
The window issue is caused by a “Deep Sleep “ mode or disconnected battery. You have to do a reset in the window switch. Follow the instructions in the manual. Sorry I don’t have the exact page number, it is listed in the window operation section.
I am not an expert on this subject, but the 12 volt battery does not START the vehicle. It operates the systems that control the hybrid systems. It also operates the lights, computers and any other normal 12 volt equipment found most other vehicles.

regarding your last sentence in the firest paragraph. The ICE is started by the HVB, NOT THE 12 volt battery.
If defrost is selected, then the ac compressor is engaged. that would be a big electrical load. High fan speed, another big electrical load. Another high load would be the auxiliary heating element
I have one question to put out there. Does anyone start their vehicle, put on their seat belt, check the mirrors and select a gear (drive or reverse) and start moving?
