Yeah, I did not know they measured the center of the tread, so that threw me for a loop.
Goodwin springs, huh? I guess springs are almost as much and still safer than quality spacers.
Can you send me a link to the ones you got?
Thanks.
I got shopping and came across Eibach and H&R as well.
@TedX thanks. It did well then. My Fastest time was 46 seconds which seemed to be in about the middle of all the other posted times.
So yesterday I was unable to race in an SCCA Autocross event with my Ford Maverick Lobo. They DQ'd the truck.
I either need to lower it or widen the track width...
Any thoughts on getting my truck to spec?

The vehicle cannot be taller than it is wide. Front track width was...
North Texas! Sunday March 29th at Burleson Highschool I will be doing my first ever Autocross race and excited to be driving my Maverick Lobo.
I hope to be a good representative of our trucks in this sport and will hopefully report back with pictures and status update.
Me too! Definitely a time machine.
It'll be interesting to see if Subaru brings it back due to the popularity that the Maverick and Santa Cruz have. The Subaru Baja was possibly the OG of the unibody compact truck car combo, but was too soon for the desired market at the time I guess.
I think Toyota is still working on releasing the Stout.
The price of the Maverick has been increasing due to tariffs, but if manufacturing moves into the states that would only benefit Ford and create jobs here. I would expect the price to increase even still.
Clean no, but cleaner? Yes. I don't have pics to validate, but I never thought about it - however your question has triggered mental images - After driving through rain there appears to be less residual debris on the tailgate having it on.
Aerodynamics work with this one.

Another option to clean carbon build on the intake is to pour or spray sea foam through the throttle body. You can do it with the car running (two people) and because the engine is sucking in liquid the engine will want to stall. The second person is in the driver seat trying to keep the...
Howdy y'all. Got my Maverick Lobo July 9, 2025. Found this forum as a resource then signed-up fairly recently. I then discovered groups and shoot yeah there better be North Texas representation, so here I am!
I live in Anna.
Scrolled through and saw pics of the meet that happened a few months...
As mentioned you have options now. Maybe put the black bumper on the next time you do work with the truck. Then have your factory blue one for show? Or however you best see fit.
I don't know what it's worth, but I'm just trying to think of a reason to have two bumpers.
At least you'll always...

The Verdict for your 2025 Lobo
Since your truck uses a MAP-based sensor system (which measures pressure in the manifold), venting that air to the atmosphere won't confuse the computer or cause "rich" stumbles like it does on some other cars.

I like the stock look of the exhaust pipe as it's out of site and not thd main rear attraction.
Someone who didn't know thought my Maverick was electric (sitting in a parking lot) because you don't see it.
This sound is very similar to the "performance" ones available. Also the after market...
How is this not a safety concern?
I had a Ram that the tailgate would flip back due to the latch mechanism. There was then a recall for that. That is a safety concern due to it being common enough and the possibility of drivers losing their load.
New (relative to within 5 years? 22MY is within...
