Cheap fix - take a piece of wood and hammer. Place the wood over the dent (top and sides) and pound it as flat as you can. Then a little touch up paint and touch up the bed with a spray can of liner. Probably less than $25 total.
Second fill up. 15.808 gallons 412.5 miles. About an even split between urban, suburban, rural and highway driving. Mainly in regular drive mode but with some ECO mode on the highway. Forgot to figure average speed. The vehicle computer said 28.2 MPG, I calculated 27.5 MPG
I bought WeatherTech floor lines w/o carpet for the front on Ebay for $70. I figure as much as I have anybody in the back seal (never) that I wouldn't spend the money on those ones.
Yea I saw that. You have the option of leaving your cell number or email address and they will notify you when they are in stock. I think I will just do it myself. The underside of the truck is pretty wide open and supposedly no drilling or welding is required.
A local dealer wanted $695 for the receiver and 4 prong connector installed. I told them to go F%%k themselves. Their website said $295 for the receiver and $117 to install. So basically they wanted an additional $283 for the 4 prong connector.
I plan to take mine on a nice road trip around the holidays. Going to my son's for Xmas in Charlotte first. Then to my buddy's place in Georgia for some golf. Then heading to Florida for a few weeks of R&R in early January
Which is why this isn't price gouging. It is simply supply and demand. If someone wants to pay that it is their choice. In the case of TP they may not have any choice.
Second tank of gas came in at 27.3mpg. AWD 2.0 Eco using normal driving mode. Mix of highway, city, suburban and country roads. I filled it up and placed the vehicle in ECO mode for trip back so far I have gotten 30.5 MPG, all highway, cruising at about 75 MPH. But I have only gone about 26...
My first tank from the dealer I got about 25 MPG. I filled it up this weekend and right now I am getting about 27.8 MPG. Combination of highway and city driving with some country roads mixed in.
I bought a truck without a hitch. I had ordered a hybrid, but had no idea how long I would have to wait until it was built. A dealer called me about one that was just delivered. I went and looked at it and decided to buy it.
