I installed the driver side one today. Installation was relatively straight forward. However, there was one step that could have been completed far easier with little effort by Ford. You needed to drill the cubbie bezel. twice. Once with a 1/4 inch bit and then with a 9/16 inch bit. They could...
The swinging tool box has a lock on it that would prevent anyone from simply grabbing it out of the back. If the lock is removed or unlocked it can be removed easily. There is also a lock on top of the box so that whatever is inside is safe as well.
I have fueled up four times now. For the most part I am driving mostly city and have never gotten less than 25.2MPG. For those keeping track it appears as though the ECO mode is mainly for highways, I have gotten better milage city driving in Sport Mode than with ECO
Overall they did a nice job. However I would not recommend this particular installer to anyone. They did not re-attach the tie downs, which I did not notice until later. The guy who waited on me had zero personality and mumbled in a monotone. The other person in the office wasn't much better.
I have had mine for about 2 months now and last night was the first time I have seen another one on the road. Ironically it was the same model and color as mine - an Iconic Silver, AWD with 2.0 ECO Boost XL
As a real estate appraiser who deals with the issue of urban vs suburban vs rural on a regular basis there really is no set definition of what each actually is. As far as I am concerned urban means having the infrastructure development one would normally find in a city. Stuff like public police...
I had a Honda CR-V ELX. It was loaded. My Mav is the XL model. I think the things I miss the most are the heated seats and sun roof. I could not care any less about the cruise, I do not think I ever used it in the 7 years I owned the car.
I am sure you aren't used to conversing with an actual thinking adult which explains a lot. Don't worry the holidays are coming and you can spout off to your hearts content from your recliner on Thursday or perhaps from your bar stool later tonight!
You seem to be confusing amusement with caring. As far as telling someone to go away, it is something one normally says to a pest. It has nothing to do with being triggered. So now you can go away too! Just like the other snowflake
As a matter of fact I do. I have been laughing so hard at the stupidity of people wasting money on something because they are unable to remember to press a button. Normally I would just wipe away the tear with the back of my hand but you probably have a few boxes handy just in case you get...
You do have that option, there is a button that you can turn the feature on or off. For the life of me I can't understand why anyone would waste $100 on something
I could not care any less what you or anybody else does with their money. If you choose to piss it away, that is on you, not me. I...
They default back to normal mode. So you have to switch it to ECO everytime. Maybe they will make some device to get around that as well that all of these people with more money than brains can waste more money on.
I have a new Maverick and barely notice the auto stop feature at all. But if you guys have a spare $100 to piss away go for it. Truly a first world problem
Third tank. Forgot to note miles I drove. Computer said 26.2 MPG I calculated 25.09 MPG almost entirely city driving. About half and half in ECO mode and regular mode, 87 octane.
Where in the world would they even get parts for it? Of course they will total it. That truck itself is now worth more in parts than it was before as an intact vehicle.
