This site is to laggy for me sometimes and I can't even type a response. TARIFFS are paid 100% by the importer of the product, which in this case will be Ford. They can 1: Absorb the tariffs and eat the cost in their profit margin, 2: Pass the cost of the tariff along to the buyer, 3: Cut costs...

Trump signed a stack of executive orders. This was in the news. TARIFFS was one of them. This is not speculation.
TARIFFS will likely have effect on any parts you will need. It isn't just Mavericks. ALL OEMs have been building vehicles in Mexico and Canada and many parts of vehicles built here also are using parts made in Mexico and Canada.
I don't know. There are a few things we got with the price increase. I read that all Hybrid Lariats are now AWD but I don't know about the nonhybrid Lariat. Hybrids started out standard in the base model, then it was an option. Not it is standard again. The Hybrid has to help with with CAFE. I...
That is the way I read it. FWD is the only way a hybrid came before 2025 and the post said you could pull 4000 lbs with a trailer brake controller added.
The original post was saying that the FWD hybrid would tow 4,000 lbs with a trailer brake controller added. I would want to be sure the transmission could handle it too
I would think AWD would be better for towing. I was under the assumption that 2000 lbs was the max towing for a FWD hybrid. I didn't know they could be modified to tow more. I am wondering if the transmission can handle it or would it need more cooling.
