Yes but it can be fixed.
At first it was 1/4” too long, then I trimmed it bit too short. I can still adjust it when I glue it or cut couple new pieces for tighter fit.
I liked your PVC divider so I made one out of extra pieces instead of buying a 2x6”.
This divider is great for keeping Costco boxes in place. I also added water bottle crates for smaller loose items.

Removing the panel is the easy part. Much harder to put it back; start at the top.
The rattle is in the passenger side door panel.
Stuff something under the plastic joints. I used paper towels. You can also use packing peanuts which are in the speaker packaging from Crutchfield. 💡
