I think I accidentally built it correctly without any constraints at the time. Its an XLT AWD with the luxury package in Hot Pepper Red. Plus I ordered it about 10 to 15 days after you were able and before all the extra hype (well deserved) began.

Yes you have not only the heated side mirrors but also the heated windshield wipers. We live in Maine and my wife loves those features, especially the heated seat and steering wheel too. She's has over 15k miles on hers and still loves her Maverick. Great 25K info. Happy New Year too;)

You can take it to CARMAX and they will give you a price, withhold what you owe, take care of all the paperwork and you keep the difference. They gave my wife $2,600.00 more then what our dealer offered us, paid off our remaining balance on her loan and she loves her XLT AWD with all the bells...

As long as it's a "Refundable" Deposit you should be fine. I put $500.00 on my Wife's order. It took 5 months to come in but loves hers. You'll be good and you're going to love your Maverick:)

Call Ford Corporate and tell them what happened and if they don’t fix it let them know this is your last Ford ever. Ford is cracking down on this stuff with the overly greedy and/or deceitful dealerships. Good luck

I think Ford's strategy is to get the young buyers into the Ford fold with a cost manageable option. And to introduce them to the functionality of a truck. Plus as the older Ford purchaser doesn't need an F-150 or even and SUV at this point, it's very enticing to both ends of the buying public...

I got a feeling that a lot of 2022 Mavericks are gonna be showing up at CarMax in 2023. Not my Wife's though, she still loves her XLT with all the bells and whistles and would never consider off roading any time soon;) great info though. 👍

Trust me if a dealer screws me once, they don't exist to me ever again. Same page but not screwed by them (yet?:) also Casco Bay Ford has an EXCELLENT service department too.
