I used the VIN history and typed all the locations into google maps. You'll have to ask your dealer for the VIN history.

AWD.. Folks live up north... It has been known to snow up there, from time to time.. I know the Maverick doesn't have the ground clearance that my 4X4 F-350 has, but it'll burn a lot less fuel when it's time to visit family!

He may have given you the 19th, because it takes 4 days to finish the build? Mine was scheduled for 10/11, but build didn't start until 10/14. 4 days later, it was built... 10/18.

I know the app is free. I was under the impression that an internet connection in the vehicle was required, for all the remote features to work. Since my Maverick was just unloaded from the railcar today and not in my driveway, I cannot verify for myself. My only experience with remote features...
