Love the idea and color!
Speaking from a practicality perspective, would it be possible to design and print one that is more offset towards the left? I ordered my Maverick with the inverter and would like to be able to use both at the same time.
Hello again all,
I installed a Viair compressor and 4 gallon air tank under the bed of my F-350 and it's been the best and most useful mod I could have done. It has come in super handy and allowed me to help several people. I mostly did it, because I use the F-350 to pull our fifth wheel camper...
Ordered my Maverick on 8/9. Still waiting on it, but would like to see/know what's next to the inverter outlet. I'm hoping it's just a 12v power outlet.
My plan is to replace it with a dual USB outlet. Like this one:
I replaced one on my Super Duty and like it a lot. Definitely more useful...
Mine also and I would prefer matching blue for the calipers. The only contrasting color I want, is the reflective white of my tailgate letters. If those letters came in reflective Alto Blue though, I would jump on them in a heartbeat!
Thanks for the link!
Judging by the affected vehicles list, it only applies to Mavericks that were built on 8/19. That means that mine's not included.
Still doesn't explain the stopship on my truck. I did reach out to my dealer yesterday and he is going to dig into it.
You are right. I tracked mine to Cayce, SC, which is 100 miles from my dealer. My Maverick has been there for 8 days now. My original delivery date was 11/15-11/17. Tracker now says estimated date is 11/29.
I hear you...
Mine has been built and shipped. It is now stuck where they unloaded it from the rail car. I was able to follow it's progress while it was on the railroad, but nothing for eight days straight.
Having lived at the tip of VA all my life and then moving to SC, I can definitely say that SC humidity is "Special". We live on the coast and it doesn't even help... I used to think that the humidity in VA/MD/PA was bad... It's now a relief to get to go visit family up there now!
To stay...
Granted, I ordered mine in August, I got my VIN in three days. Fast forward to this week... I ordered another one on 11/10 and still haven't gotten the confirmation email yet. I got the first one within minutes.
I had a 2011 F-250 Super Duty that was gray. I decided to put some 2x8 dividers in the slots and it worked very well. I took a color sample to Lowe's and matched the gray metallic as good as they were able. I painted the 2x8s and it worked very well, until the truck burned up (Whole other...
Interesting... That should require three separate railroads. I wonder what the tariffs from Mexico are.
There shouldn't be any tariffs for Canada, since they're just passing through.
If my daughter had her hybrid already, I would send her your way! She's in Hagerstown. On the off-chance you still have them when she gets it, consider them sold!
If my Maverick ever gets here, I might have to make the trip and get them for her.
Where are you in MD?
You also have to remember that they are not only paying for the car carrier, they are also paying for at least two separate railroads. None of the Mavericks are being trucked all the way from the plant, that I know of. There's also the company that unloads the rail cars. Neither the railroads or...
