  1. 🚀 Giveaway Time: Wolfbox SmartSlide Electric Tonneau Cover! 🚀

Here's my new '26 XLT AWD 2.0 Maverick (Left) and my old '22 XLT FX4 2.0 on the right. The '22 served me quite well and hauls anything/everything I needed it to. From tools to Starlink equipment and computers for people. A cover would allow me to haul even more and keep it out of the weather. I...
  2. Question on Ford Aeroskin hood protector

The above model number did not come with any adhesive. Four push clips for mounting only. Installation took 10 minutes.
  3. Question on Ford Aeroskin hood protector

I checked the Husky website for this specific model number. Here's part of the page: "NSTALLATION OVERVIEW The Husky Liners hood shield installs quickly and cleanly with no drilling required. Using 3M™ automotive-grade tape or included no-drill fasteners," I guess there's two ways to mount...
  4. Question on Ford Aeroskin hood protector

That's why I asked for the specific model. The item desccription says nothing about how it mounts to the vehicle. Gary
  5. Question on Ford Aeroskin hood protector

Is this the Aeroskin Hood Protector? I see it on Amazon for $96.35 US. Thanks for posting! I don't want anything with adhesive sticking to my paint. Gary
  6. It's been a while... How's it going?

They used it for a loaner vehicle, so we got a great discount on it with only 2,000 miles on it.
  7. It's been a while... How's it going?

I was hoping for a bit more, but there were some rock dings in the hood, as well as a side-swipe dent in the left-rear door. There also may or may not have been a spot on the rear bummper, where I might have possibly backed into a tree. We ended up getting $13,000 for the trade. Had I traded...
  8. It's been a while... How's it going?

We did the deal last evening and it got dark, before I could get any pics. Also, they had already taken it inside the detail bay. I didn't get to pick it up until this afternoon. I can say it was fun, transferring the all weather mats, the DIY bed tie downs I installed and the tri-fold bed...
  9. It's been a while... How's it going?

I was on here a lot, after ordering my '22 XLT 2.0 and then while making it my own. Four years and 107,300 miles later, I'm back. I have to say that I have been completely impressed with my '22. The ONLY problem I had with it, was a blown EGR cooler. Once I replaced it and the coolant, things...
  10. Rexing V1P-4K dashcam hardwire install w/pics [DIY writeup instructions]

I installed the rear camera on mine. Even with the bed, it still picks up plenty.

  12. First Power Transfer Unit (PTU) fluid service done - results & photos

I didn't send it in. We were told to expect what I found, so I am not worried about it.
  13. First Power Transfer Unit (PTU) fluid service done - results & photos

Honestly, pictures of the plugs isn't really necessary. The drain is on the bottom and in plain sight. The fill plug isn't easy to get a picture of, but is the only thing on the side of the PTU that a 8mm hex wrench will go into.
  14. First Power Transfer Unit (PTU) fluid service done - results & photos

Since I was changing my engine oil at 22,000 I decided to wait the extra 2,000 and do the PTU then also. I was advised to change the PTU fluid every 20-30,000mi and now I know why. There was quite a bit of metallic particles in the gear oil. Sorry about the reflection.. Best pics I could...
  15. Buschur's Maverick 2.0 oil separators DONE!

Total.. Since I installed the can. I have a bottle that I use, just for that.
  16. Buschur's Maverick 2.0 oil separators DONE!

Yeah, Getting ready to turn 20,000 miles (18,000 with the can installed) and less than 1oz of fluid from it. I even removed the drain hose, to check for possible obstruction and found nothing. I am at a loss.
