I second this. I have the same cover, and it is tighter than that, with virtually no sag, even after over 1.5 years of use.

Or, alternatively, follow the manufacturer's recommendations, do nothing more, and still have the engine outlive everything else on the vehicle, with less cost, waste, and hassle. That's my plan.

No complaints whatsoever about mine, it sounds fine.
