The rack is made with extruded aluminum. Designed and bolted together myself, ordered precut pieces from TNUTZ. But you can get extruded aluminum from a lot of places. Look at my profile and I have some closer pictures in another thread. Not a plug and play thing, needs some fab work

They hybrid is only rated at mid to low 30’s for highway. I doubt I’ll be getting higher than that at almost full capacity with a bed rack
