Try disconnecting the battery for a minute or two and reconnecting. I had something similar happen when my Mav had 12 miles on it. Thats what the tech did to fire it back up to get it into the shop and reset the PCM. Hope its that easy for you!

Theres been a few times I've reached for something while driving and accidentally shift into Neutral. A bit scary when it happens at highway speeds and the engine just revs. A bit too sensitive if you ask me. I miss having a console shifter.

I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up a bit earlier. Mine took a bit under two weeks to get here from the plant.

During every gas stop I do a quick visual check under the hood to make sure everything is looking good. Not having an engine cover in the way makes things easier for me. Unless someone proves that the engine cover cuts down on noise then I'm not adding it.
