Avoid Yankee Ford, they gave one of our guys issues with getting his Maverick. Also in general they're awful to deal with.
My grandfather swears that Arundel Ford is a fantastic dealership. He's had his F150 serviced there for years and they always treated him well. I also had a pleasant...
Try disconnecting the battery for a minute or two and reconnecting. I had something similar happen when my Mav had 12 miles on it.
Thats what the tech did to fire it back up to get it into the shop and reset the PCM. Hope its that easy for you!

Tailgate assist I like because its cheap and does what I need it too. The MRT Hood Struts I was turned off by the price and some people getting defective units causing the hood cables to snag and in turn making opening the hood impossible to open.
I had my first oil change done today at 5k miles and had the Radio update on the list to be done. The service advisor told me due to to XL/XLT Mavericks having the "Sync Light" they are not equipped with the APIM module that allows them to direct connect to the screen console in the Cab. So all...
They took the Mav on an 8 mile drive and couldnt reproduce the problem. They also pulled off the cover underneath the footwell supposedly and couldnt find what would cause what im hearing. Fuel lines like some people reported on this forum where secured properly. Could possibly just be random...
