Interesting, I'm going in on the 6th to have it looked at. My friend noticed it after a two and a half hour road trip. Dealer says they haven't seen this before as well and will take a look.

6.8k Miles on my Ecoboost currently, no major issues besides having a weird steering "clicking" noise when I'm turning and let go of the wheel to let the truck straighten itself out. Also have a taillight popping out of the housing, getting fixed next week.

Went to the dealer and showed the Service Advisor, he said no one has reported that issue yet and its definetly odd. Bringing it in on the 6th to get looked at and fixed.

Do you have a picture of the bad axle OP? Im curious, my passenger side axle had a weird grease mark near the boot a few days ago. Thought it might of been water, planning to check again tomorrow.
