Sorry, can't help you with that. I'm not an alignment tech, I just understand how to read degrees, decimals, and range tolerances.
Hope you get this worked out. HRG
As they told you, the problem child is the right rear. While the toe-in of .55 degrees is just within the spec of .69, the entire range allowed is nearly 4 times that of the adjustable front axle. With no means of adjustment, Ford has blown the spec so far open to make sure rear axles are...
When I go to this site, https://syncnavigation.com/ford/home
and enter the VIN # for my '24 Lariat Tremor, this is what I get (plus an offer to purchase on USB for $40. I have not attempted to go past this.

Looking at the rear axle assembly on a FWD Maverick, I understand the lack of adjustability. But, that doesn't mean that the rear axle can't be replaced to fix the problem, the question becomes who pays for it. If you've documented this problem since new, keep pushing your case. Otherwise...
If you look into Fords "Skunkworks" EV development team, they have (2) facilities in Cali, 1 in Long Beach, the other in a building they share with Latitude AI in Palo Alto.

Welcome to MTC, and the Tremor club! Could I ask you to take a couple of pics of the exhaust tips and tubing from underneath, I'd like to see how your shop did it.
Thanks, HRG
Thinking out loud, I could order the correct housings, and swap your Curt harness over. But, if they claim that the new design harness (with presumably the correct connectors) will be available in a month or so, it's probably better to return the one you bought, and buy the new one when...
@dsweet3331 Awesome, thank you. That confirms what I've been reading, that the 25/26 XL/XLT is using a Molex keying option "B", rather than the previous option "C".
HRG
Dave, couldn't you rest the basket on the cross bars, and using t-slot bolts, use this piece on the top side to hold the basket in position? Or,,,, t-slot nuts, with screws/bolts down into them?
HRG
Thanks. Curt's website only shows '25 compatibility with LED taillights, other have reported that the #56477 kit does not fit your '25 XLT. If it does, great, but when you go to install, please snap some pics.
Supposedly, they are creating a new kit, #56567, for '25-26 non-LED applications...
After I took delivery of my 2023 XLT, and realized how much I missed the push to start system, I swallowed my pride and order a 2024 Lariat. Now, at least the XLT's have it.
I never found an aftermarket system, and still don't think they exist.

Would someone with a 2025 or 26 XL or XLT be willing to remove a tail light and un-snap the connector, so I can get verification of the "keying" used? Would like a clear picture looking into the vehicle-side. Needs to be a XL or XLT with non-LED OEM tail lights.
Or, if you are close to 60185...
