Put yourself in the potential buyers position if he's looking at your '23 on the lot. If the dealer gives you $22K, they need to get $25-26K at a minimum, why would I buy a used '23 with the warranty nearly expired when I can get a fresh-new '26 for $6K more?

What is Carvana offering for your truck? The heyday of getting full price back as a trade-in is over, so only you can determine if the upcharge is worth it. Is the '26 AWD, or like your '23?
3 years newer for $10K (+ TTL) isn't terrible.

Hoping to get my OEM Tremor liners back to dark black after cleaning. Was thinking about using Adam's Protectant, but not very impressed after watching this video. Any other recommendations?
Thanks, HRG
In the last 6 months, there have been at least 2 threads on this subject. The Ford/Motorcraft OEM drivers side is exactly 23" long, not a common length for aftermarket replacements. The passenger side is 21".

Considering the product came from China, I doubt they are stocking repair parts like the spring in the US. Had you been the original purchaser, they probably would have sent you a new assembly.

While the 7+4 connector looks good, I'd just drill a hole for a 7-pin, and carry a 7 to 4 adapter for when you need one. It will fit in the OEM 4-flat bracket.
