Apple CarPlay is so buggy on mine that I just ignore the issues and figure one day it will update and work properly. Today it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I use the USB and not Bluetooth so I would think it’s more of a software issue.

Gotcha, I thought you were talking about an output setting in the phone…. It’s surprising how low of a volume the phone plays via USB or Bluetooth. as compared to the normal volume of the radio.

I didn’t see any settings in my iPhone for that. Only thing it lets me do is customize what apps show on the Home Screen.
