Lightly, only around 2k rpm. I seem to be consistent on the 60ft at 2.11 to 2.19 or so. Once my phase 2 suspension and wheels are put on, I plan to try some new techniques. Sand mode and a more deliberate throttle application. Goal is sub 2s 60 ft.
Took my Maverick to Rocket City Dragway for opening day Test and Tune to see what my Phase 1 results would look like. See pics. I'm #6 in the left lane.
Best 1/8 run: 9.1047s @ 76,74 mph.

Just ordered some Fast Wheels FC04 19x8.5 5x108mm ET45 in Titanium to go with my new lowered setup. The plan is to put 255/45 tires on them. Probably Continental ExtremeContact DWS06. Pics when everything is put together.
The Corsair turbine wheel is larger (~11–12% bigger inducer, ~11% bigger exducer) which means it pushes substantially more air. This directly translates to higher boost potential and more power at higher RPMs. It is also a near direct fit for the Maverick 2.0.
I should have bought a used Corsair turbo but I went with a brand new one from a dealer. I kept the unit stock. Save that extra 1k and put it toward some coilovers or something. I did pay 100 bucks for the Ford rear stabilizer bar though. Also, I hear CVFab is coming out soon with an...
I am enjoying mine. That extra air flow makes a difference. The exhaust is a little louder than expected with all that air flowing through it. The bigger turbo has a little lag but then comes on strong. Should be nice and linear with the stock turbo.
I plan to take it to test and tune at the local track is in early April. It is only an eighth mile though. I would expect low 13s for a quarter mile track. With a perfect run, maybe a dip in to the high 12s.
I did a less aggressive tune to ensure smooth shifting and to prevent over torquing...
