  7. What did your Maverick replace or is it your first?

    I replaced a 2008 Ram standard cab with a 2023 Mav eb. The only thing I miss about the old truck was not worrying about dents, dings, and scratches. I did take time getting used to the size change.

    I'm going to install them after it starts to rust to cover it up.

    Probably won't buy another. I'm ready for a quiet, smooth riding vehicle. I like my 23 eb mav but don't use it like my old trucks. I'm going comfort all the way.

  11. Perfect Maverick no longer perfect - what would you do? Buff out scratches or have fixed professionally?

    The bad thing is it's on the drivers side so you always see it but I wouldn't spend a lot for repairs. Wait a while for a few more bumps and get them all repaired.

    I would have rather bought a BMW but the XLT will have to do.

  15. What's your "One" Pet Peeve

    I hate the short inside door handle/armrest. It's difficult to use on windy days.

    I'll wait until the edges around the wheel wells start to rust then use flares to cover it up

  17. Question for folks with rolling tonneau covers

    Bak revolver X2 hard rollup. Covers approx half of rear window when rolled up. Loose about 2" on each side with rails. Would get a trifold next time bc you don't have to open entire bed as you do with a rollup when only have a small load.

    Anytime I put something under the rear seat I forget where I put it, so I just keep things on top of the seat where they're visible.

    I agree. It doesn't bother me and I kinda like that it's not constantly shifting up and down just to keep a steady speed.

    My 23 ecb does the same thing. Engine lugging like the tranny wants to downshift but doesn't. It doesn't make the seat shake though.
