Don't think for a minute that some Ford dealers don't do the same thing. My son has a Lincoln MKZ that was repaired at the dealership after hitting a racoon. It was over 2500 in damage. Insurance was billed for new led lights that got the tabs epoxied back on along with many missing fasteners...
Sad path for the "Raptor" reputation. It started down hill with the V6 and now the Bronco Sport???? What would the Maverick Raptor be like??? Chevette StingRay
Ford has done a very poor job at providing any useful status information on the hybrid system. I would have much appreciated something more like Toyota offers to know how and when the system is working and how to utilize it's potential.
""So I installed the Air Lift 1000 Air Suspension Kit 60811 on my 2022 Hybrid XL, as suggested per this thread. As that OP suggests, this is not the kit that everyone wants you to use, they want you to get the one for a different model of Maverick, the linked thread explains. The thread...

I agree, shoddy work by a so called mechanic that does not care. Warranty or not, I prefer to do my own work also. That is with consideration of the total cost. I plan on upgrading my 2024 CV axles on my own dime but if it was the engine or trans it would be on Ford's dime. I upgraded to an AGM...
Trailer and SXS weighs 1900+#, so right close to the 2k limit. Towed fine even in bad weather but does prefer 55 a lot more than 75 MPH. Greatly reduces MPG but still much better than a full size truck could attain. Quite impressed with this MY24 but would appreciate the MY25 Hybrid AWD with 4k...
