Yes, the infotainment system leaves much to be desired. My MY24 XL Hybrid has had issues with the audio tab not working, you can see it select when touched but no change, phone and maps tabs work fine. Only fix is a hard reset then it works again. Very glitchy system. Very inconvenient.

Yes, they are Maverick axles. You would need to check the actual part numbers to see if they were replaced with the upgraded versions. I would guess they were since I would not expect the old version are still available. I just replaced a set on a 24 Hybrid. Pretty easy job.

I asked by chat what was included in the 30K of accessories (should be another XL Hybrid AWD w/4K towing) and was told this was an error that they are working on correcting the listing. UPDATE 9/22/2025 : still working on correcting the system error.

Weight may not be the biggest reason for the minimal reduction in fuel mileage, could be the aerodynamics more than weight. Higher speeds and any aero disruption (dirty air) makes it worse.

I have had 2 XL Mavericks and both had no issue with wind noise, unless you try to roll down one window then be prepared for an ear ache. Always partially roll down a back window too to cancel the wind buffeting.

The only problem was having to make the same changes after the dealer resets to OEM settings. I had the BCM reprogrammed due to the potential tail light issue and it reset some of my custom settings. Nothing was said about the Forscan updates. I would not expect anything different from a recall...

Sounds like the AC is working but they did not reconnect all the vent duct work. Most likely this is what is rattling too. Poor workmanship. Return for a second attempt to correctly install the dash.
