Looks like you will need the correct de-pinning tool to remove the connector ends and reattach or replace the connectors and reinsert. fix one wire at a time and all should be good. Good luck.

I had a front strut bearing failure. Clicking and popping when turning. Replacement was not very difficult but not impressed with the quality of the OEM bearing assembly. Cheap plastic and small bearings for a critical component.

Do you have any information on the cargo light wires that you tapped into for bed lights? Location and colors?

I agree, the creeping lanolin based undercoatings work great. I use Fluid Film and have been satisfied with it living here in the rust belt. Just need to touch it up yearly. I am sure there are other similar products that work great too but definitely have had bad experiences with the hard coat...

I am SURE you will be happy with the upgraded AWD Hybrid. I had a MY22 ECO XL and a MY24 Hybrid XL before upgrading to a MY25 AWD Hybrid XL with 4K towing. The MY25 was a major upgrade in my opinion. Well worth the minimal cost to upgrade.

Good education is expensive, and this is not going to be a cheap lesson. Lick your wounds and resell ASAP.
