If anyone wants to geek out more on dual injection technology, here's a good vid from Engineering Explained. On top of housekeeping of the valves, there's also more power and efficiency to be had when using both. They can even create multiple simultaneous zones of different air/fuel ratios...
There's roughly a half inch overlap on to the tailgate, and maybe a touch less than that gap at the window. Here's a couple pics, with this weather you can conveniently see the ice line on the tailgate...
I'm wondering if a camera replacement may eventually be the fix. But potentially a downgrade. I don't think NHTSA has an actual spec for minimum camera resolution. If there's a processing power issue then installing a lower resolution camera could be one way to lick it. Hopefully it looks better...
Added Sport mode to my 24 Tremor via FORscan, and it also pumps in the fake noise. Kinda wish the engine did sound like that. Maybe I can tie it into some exterior speakers in the bed and fool everyone. /s
Would be curious to know whether Sport mode is now available on the 25 Tremors, on top of...
I agree. Right now I toggle into Sport mode occasionally, would be nice to have a manual option. I might casually search for a used Bronco or Escape wheel with the paddle shifters. Someone in the DIY forum added them to their Mav and it didn't seem too bad.
Nothing voids a warranty outright. If there is a problem encountered, the dealer/Ford would have to surmise that the fog light install contributed to the issue, and could potentially deny a warranty claim if it's related to the fog lights.
Like someone mentioned, a properly installed light...
I was going to say jump on it for the color, as that color does look surprisingly good with the Tremor orange accents. But you already have that color on your 24, lol.
Financially it's likely not a wise decision, but that's not always stopped me either.
Received the same exact set, color and all, for Christmas and put them on yesterday. Great flaps, easy install, they fit tight against the fenders, and they cover that big gap behind the rear tire.
I'm using mine for a couple of their accessories. Yeah, they're overpriced if you're spending your own money on them, but I consider the transaction with points being no cost to me.
I hope to never use their service for anything non-warranty, so I don't really have an alternative. If you're...
Yeah wondering the same. I could see accepting a small deposit to reserve one sitting there, but really scary if they went deeper into signing paperwork. And at what point in the process did they bring up the recall?
I also have the cubby phone holder and I like it. The magnet seems like it's pretty strong, holds the phone a little tighter than another one I have in another car.
I'm not sure I'll ever use the rest of the stuff that came in the kit...the fan and cup holder and whatnot. I tossed them in the...
I typically run on the safer side for wire size. But if you're referencing the proper ampacity tables and calculating voltage drops based on length, then it it what it is. Just make sure you use the right table columns for ampacity...wires within cables usually have different capacities than...
If you bought mine you'd find it in a protective sleeve in a binder that has all of the maintenance records, receipts, and aftermarket instruction manuals.
I might be a little OCD when it comes to vehicle maintenance.
Private sellers definitely dig it. I leave it in the trunk of the cars I...
