I've seen (and had) tickets dismissed for improper description before. Usually color isn't enough but calling a pickup a hatchback would probably do it.
A cop buddy told me that officers will often write tickets incorrectly due to ignorance but occasionally it's to annoy the recipient by making...
It ain't really the pulling, it's the stopping where the weight becomes critical.
I imagine they've probably tested it once or twice before making a press release.
Good on you for designing and sharing this, I can see this being a handy little mod for those who have the factory bed rails.
I'm sure I've seen unistrut t-mounts but I can't remember what I searched to find them. I had been intending to make a workbench and they looked like the perfect thing.
Rust farm.
Personally, I think they look goofy on a stock truck. With a little beefier set of tires, and maybe spacers like Headcase a couple posts up they can look ok but just flares? Nah.
Well, the new one that doesn't connect is this model https://www.chamberlain.com/ultra-quiet-wi-fi-garage-door-opener-with-wireless-keypad/p/B4603TMC
The previous was with the gateway and after having it randomly open in the middle of the night I just don't trust MyQ.
If it decides to open at...
I've got the Truxedo X15 pro and for what I need (soft rollup, rain/snow protection) it's perfect.
If you live in the ghetto or park outside all the time then get a hard folder.
Would I buy a new 2024 XLT FX4/4K again knowing what I know now? Yes, resoundingly. It's given me no reason to complain.
Would I buy the same options in a 2025? No, the price has gone up enough that I'd opt for an XL Hybrid awd with 4k but I'd still buy one because there is no other truck...
I went to the junkyard and got a homelink module out of a chrysler minivan, the cream colored plastic matches the roof console well enough that it shouldn't look out of place and it'll have switched power so even if I'm parked on the driveway for some reason no one can use it to get into the...
Ding Ding, found the real reason.
Whoever made or modified this file did a bad job, probably broke some geometry or short cutted on something, then in bad faith put it up for unsuspecting people to use.
Seems to track, my buddys got a Kia EV6GT that's been doing 1000+ miles a week since early 2023 and it's been absolutely rock sold and another guy has been putting crazy mileage on an Ioniq5. Seems like their battery cars are great until there's a problem though, and then it's a big problem.
I've been having the same thing for a while now. I had the battery and alternator checked by a trusted indy shop and both seemed good. Cables are tight and belt looks good. I plan to take it to Ford in the near future for the camera recall so I'll bug em at that point.
A combination of things like most folks.
It's the right size for what I need in a truck, it's cheap and it gets decent fuel economy. I also happen to think it's a handsome little truck and pretty comfortable to drive but there are lots of nice looking, comfortable vehicles out there.
Meeka was talking about their Ecoboost but regardless, the truck isn't going to kill itself because you used a very common feature.
If Ford didn't think the battery or charging system could take it they wouldn't have added L to the hybrids.
I've got a big ol hunk of logging chain which is great because the slight rust stain helps me put it back in the perfect position if I nudge it a little too hard.
Just hit the button to turn off auto-hold then turn it back on once you start creeping forward.
Using Low won't break anything...
