Be wary of the terms - likely you must service only at that Dealer and on their specified schedule. It is designed to hook you in as a service customer and ultimately make money for the dealer

Which units? Double check the window sticker to make sure it is not a retail order. Chapman marks up the price online to deter those inquiring about the retail orders that pop up on their site like @JamesHenry

The LED reflector lamp at MSRP of $1.4K seems like the XL/XLT assembly Lariat is the Fixed DSS - doesn't make sense that it's less.. Am I reading that right?

The flasher bulb is 4257NA spec. Just like @Dallas Maverick posted for the front, the rear is serviceable as well (more easily). Note that the front LED headlamps are not serviceable w/ non Ford LEDs (per Diode and the manual).

For what month? They are working on getting a larger allocation. Once September scheduling concludes orders are pulling from October allocation to be scheduled for December.
