If you want a 20A switched circuit you could use 1 of the box power point circuits.
They run down each side & can be accessed behind the rear seat or rear foot scuff panels
24 escape uses an enhanced gateway module & IPC communicates on 2 networks with the gateway HS3Can & Ethernet.
22 Maverick uses the old style gateway & DLC combo & IPC only communicates on HS3Can.
Since the 22 Maverick does not have any Ethernet capabilities I can't see how you could get it to...
Unfortunately you would need to go to a Dealer to run the PATS procedure to turn on "unlimited # of keys" option.

They are always there if you have a connector at the rear bumper however there are 2 versions, with trailer brakes (8 pin ) & without (4 pin)

The ambient temp sensor should not cause a large loss of power, I would think the intercooler may have been damaged & you are having a lack of boost from a leak
I tried a 10W & it did the job but just

With the shorter days of sun in winter I think 25W or even 30W would be more appropriate for our region
