Can anyone confirm that the Ford emblem on the tailgate is one piece or does the top part where the Ford emblem is separate from the bottom part? It looks to be one solid piece but I'd like to remove the top part and replace with a different color emblem.
Very pleased with Katzkin and the installer at Autocraft here in Chattanooga, TN The leather is really nice quality. Thick but very supple. Worth every penny to me.
I did too a few years ago. Unfortunately I keep getting the same answer from glass repair shops. It has to be a certain size before they will do anything. If I can fix it myself I'll do it
That's kind of what I thought but I had the same thing happened about 20 years ago and it went from being very tiny to "I'm sorry we can't repair it it's too big of a crack" in Avery short time
Yesterday I received a small rock to the windshield that left a tiny little nick. We're talking about 4 or 5 mm at the most. It hasn't started spreading just one mark almost round in shape but very small. What is my best course of action? Can I go ahead and address the problem before it gets...
Some of the newer seat covers look really good. In the past I've tried seat covers and they didn't seem to want to stay put. They started out good but after a few months they would slide around and just become more of a nuisance but these new ones seem to be a lot better. I just ordered a set...

I ended up using silicon sealant to glue some two sided 3M tape on 5 places on the mat. After I let it sit overnight, UI peeled the backing off of the tape and stuck it to my dash. It holds good enough to keep from sliding and there was no damage to the mat from the silicon
I read somewhere in another forum where someone used some type of weather stripping and placed it in the gap. Not sure if it was effective. Would using caulk or something similar cut down on wind noise?
Just to clarify was your credit card rejected when you tried to use it to hold a vehicle or the dealership rejected you using your credit card to hold it?
I've bought "cheap" LEDs for under $12 that have now lasted over 4 years so far with no issues. But yeah you can't get quality LEDs at a low cost. I think it bothers people who paid much more for theirs.🙂
Thinking about upgrading the speakers in my Maverick. I did this in my Bronco and it made a world of difference. Has anyone else just upgraded the speakers and had a good result? If so what kind of speakers did you get to replace the stock speakers? Thanks in advance for your answers.
