I am now on my second deep sleep issue in 1.5 years. First stranded me completely...battery replaced...this time I got a message and drove it tonight to hopefully charge it back up some. What do I need to do to get this resolved? Clearly this isn't a "bad battery" having 2 fail in 18 months.

That's not always how that works. Suppliers can have a run of bad parts, which is usually tied to a date code range/run. It is completely possible the reason 24s aren't affected is that they were outside the range of those part build dates.

Just placed an order last weekend...then saw on the Facebook page that their gray covers are about to drop so cancelled and waiting on those. Haven't seen a bad experience on these covers yet.

I think black and/or dark greay with orange stitching accents would be a real good idea. This would match both XLT trims (by far the most popular) and Tremor package accents. Have there been any plans for this? Few examples from Katzkin designs here.
