Location, location, location…. It does vary, and from dealer to dealer. You can also look at the national oil change franchises. Nothing says the dealer HAS to do it, as long as you get the recommended services done AND keep your receipts just in case you have a problem under warranty later...

Ford does not make the hitches. They come from a supplier, possibly Curt or one of the others. You will have to also get the wiring module like others have said.

The dealer can change it to a “10”. The order defaults to a “19” when the order is placed, but they can change it to a “10”. My dealer done that for me before I left the desk after placing my order when U asked him to.

This is “normal” for radial tires. The old bias ply tires did not do this. Just go to a parking lot, look at the tires on all the vehicles. Every make of radial tires will have it, some more pronounced than others…
