I printed both sides in PETG today and they fit great. Nice job on these. How the heck did you model that weird shape? I've designed quite a few things from scratch but never anything with so many curves.
I started having similar issues a few weeks ago, before that never a hiccup. Recently my Carplay audio has started getting very choppy at times and looks to be rebooting or just losing connection with the phone. I have noticed in one particular part of my commute right at the end which happens...
Just installed the Abagael underbody shield (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1TZG2V1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) on my 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid. Overall it fit well and wasn't too difficult to install but lining up all the holes was a little fiddly. I bought this instead of the Mabett...
These are the two that you say have different color coolant in them? I hadn't noticed the dual coolant reservoir before so just went out to take a look at mine:

I was just getting annoyed by the exact same thing 15 minutes ago, I was in traffic so I couldn't tell if it was the middle one or the sides. Now I know. I'm going to try buckling it, hopefully that fixes it!
I'm happy with the AL4, it's got the side rails with sealing gasket and each panel locks in so keeps it nice and tight. Here is a closeup of the rail profile, as well as a full length shot.
I just added a tonneau cover so I had to modify the brackets to have them stick out farther as I had to cut the board down in width a bit. Pulled them out .8 inches and left the heavy shoulder for some extra strength.
