You may want to look at and ensure you tightened the locking rings. Coilovers will definitely make noise when driving if they are not fully tightened

I have them set at 8 out of 25 clicks on the compression and rebound. (Closer to soft than hard) prior I had it at 18. It felt good at 18 when all I did was swap out the springs but I wanted to start over so I zeroed the c/r to 0 and clicked up to 8. Feels really good.
