We have a good dealer in Franklin KY that appear to have sold a lot of Mavericks. I am seeing them everyday now, and they have at least 7 that came in last week. The dealer is Hunt Ford btw.
This is my belief also. I think it is the BMS not being properly reset. It thinks your battery is reading 9.5 volts when in reality it is reading 12.3 or something.
According to Ford's website, deep sleep is engaged after the vehicle has been sitting more than 14 days or if the voltage drops below 9.5 volts.

I picked mine up at the dealership 15 months after ordering on 1/26/23 and have 12,600 miles now. I did have a DC/DC converter go out at 780 miles but that was replaced in about 4 days. Also a deep sleep issue after the converter was replaced, but that was taken care of (I don't think the...

Sorry, I'm not sure how to attach a link to another thread on this forum.
This same thing happened on my focus and the tech went to each tire and reprogrammed the sensor. It hasn't done it since. I'm not saying this is the problem, just that it is what fixed mine.
What I'm saying is I think your system thinks you're dropping below 10 volts even though your battery is at 12 volts. Take it do the dealer and see if he can hook it up to diagnostics to reset the battery management system. It couldn't hurt.
They did something like that to mine and I haven't...
I think your problem has more to do with the battery management system not reset correctly. I don't think it should trigger the battery saver mode until voltage drops below 10 volts. It sounds like the system thinks you're starting at a lower voltage than you are. I'm pretty sure I read that it...
